Availability & Meetings: Initial planning and document
work can be handled via email or phone. However, we
require an in-person meeting to establish a solid working
relationship. Most meetings are held on **weekday
evenings**. Weekend meetings are limited due to our
performance schedule.

Communication During the Process: Throughout the
planning phase, you will receive emails, phone calls, and
texts regarding your event (e.g., planner requests, music
list updates, or service details). Our final communication
after your successful event will be a **Feedback/Review
Form**. We truly value your feedback!
•
Arrival & Set-up: We will arrive **1.5 to 2 hours** prior to
the event start time to ensure everything is perfect.
•
Venue Requirements: We require one **4–6 foot table with
a linen**, located near a power outlet and close to the
dance floor (if possible).
•
Gratuities: Gratuities are not included in our contract
pricing. While entirely at your discretion, **10% to 20%** is
standard if you feel your DJ did an exceptional job
•
Music & Planning: Music is one of the most vital elements
of any celebration. Please invest time in your online
planner and music list to ensure we have all your favorite
tracks ready to go!
