Most of the meeting are weekday evenings. Weekend meetings are possible but are typically limited due to our events schedule. • Communications from us: Throughout the process you will receive emails, phone calls and texts with regards to your event. For example; planner information requests, music list updates or other services provided by our company! Our final communication AFTER YOUR SUCCESSFUL EVENT will be the FEEDBACK/REVIEW FORM. We love getting reviews. • Sample Timeline: Below you will find a link to our sample. • Tips: Once you review the sample time line, take a minute to read quick tips for planning the perfect event. • Arrival/Set up Time: We will arrive 1.5 to 2hr prior to event start time! • Requirements: One (4-6 foot) table with linen close to electrical power and near the dance floor (if possible). • Gratuities: Gratuities are not included in our contract pricing however, 10 to 20% is generally recommended, more if you feel your DJ did an awesome job!! This is entirely up to you. • Music: Is one of the most important elements in any celebration. Invest some time on your planner and music to be sure we have your favorite songs ready!
